Andrena Sawyer is a passionate leader, author, and speaker with a deep commitment to empowering women and Christian entrepreneurs. As the Executive Director of the Minority Christian Women Entrepreneurs Network (MCWEN), Andrena has dedicated herself to supporting and uplifting purpose-driven leaders through faith-based mentorship, networking, and professional development opportunities. Under her leadership, MCWEN has become a powerful global resource with 17 chapters worldwide, helping women integrate their faith with their business pursuits and creating a thriving community where they can succeed both spiritually and professionally.

With a strong background in business development and outreach, Andrena serves in various leadership roles within church ministry, community outreach, and women’s ministry. She is passionate about empowering others to walk confidently in their calling, rise to their highest potential, and excel in both business and life.

In addition to her role with MCWEN, Andrena is the founder of P.E.R.K. Consulting, where she provides coaching and services to equip and scale purpose-driven businesses. She is also a sought-after speaker and author of several books, including The Misadventures of a New Entrepreneur.

With her leadership in MCWEN and extensive ministry experience, Andrena is a highly engaging and inspirational speaker for a variety of audiences.
